These are condensed, mobile-friendly versions of the photography articles originally written for my sister site, Hooked-on. If anything catches your interest, I hope you'll visit Hooked-on as well.
The images on this site are formatted in a tall portrait orientation for mobile. On a desktop screen they'll appear quite large. If that's not to your preference, the original versions are on Hooked-on.

This site, Interest, rebuilds the Hooked-on articles — originally written on WordPress — using Drupal, and takes advantage of Drupal's features to enable reverse-lookup navigation and browsing by article relationships. My hope is that visitors leave with their sense of interest — their curiosity — a little more expanded.
These articles cover photography on this site — film photographs, cameras, and the process behind them. I've always had a fondness for film, and the darkroom process for black-and-white is what I enjoy most. I haven't developed anything in a few years, but my go-to developer, R09, has become available again — so I'm hoping to write about film developing as well. Practicality isn't really the point for me; I shoot for pleasure, and that means Leica film cameras, Hasselblad, and the 6×6 format of the Rolleiflex. For digital, my M-series Leica is the main camera when I shoot for enjoyment.
